Becoming
The Deep
Helping men live and lead with broken hearts and wild souls.
You're here because the surface isn't enough anymore.
The Shallows are crowded — bright, loud, and packed with quick wins and clever shortcuts. It's enticing, isn't it? Fast, flashy, a promise of ease. Yet somehow, it never truly satisfies. You’ve tried it, tasted it, and now you're ready for something real.
The Deep isn't tidy. It doesn't fit in a bullet point or a soundbite. It's uncharted, a bit daunting — the cave you hesitate to step into. But that’s where the treasure is. The kind that can't be bought, only discovered.
If you're here, it's because you're ready to explore what most people avoid. You're not looking for easy; you're looking for true.

You crave a life that feels alive — truly alive — rooted in purpose and connection.
But the road to real depth is littered with noise: quick-fix solutions, hollow advice, distractions that promise transformation but deliver surface-level change. You've seen it, tried it, and now you're done with it.
You're ready for something deeper.
To meet life with creativity and unfiltered expression.
To develop a presence that can hold the weight of your relationships, your purpose, your calling.
To face the raw vulnerability of being human — and still lead with a heart broken open.
To access the wisdom that's already within you, waiting to guide you toward the work and life that matter most.
This isn't about adding more. It's about going deeper. And you're ready.
"Albert is a true master at cultivating creativity."
Jonathan Sekerak
I've never been satisfied with the surface. And yet, like most of us, I got caught there — drawn in by the shiny, the easy, the obvious.
Then life threw me into the deep end, and I had to learn to swim.
That was 15 years ago. Since then, I've devoted myself to understanding what it means to be fully human — mind, body, heart, and soul.
I've spent over 300 days in silent meditation, lived six months as a Buddhist monk, trained in yogic traditions, studied sacred clowning, and read hundreds of books on everything from mind-body medicine to esoteric spirituality. Yet, none of this taught me as much as grief. Death has taught me more about what it means to be alive than all my formal training and study combined.
You can read my full story here.
My work — my gift — is meeting you in The Deep: that unpredictable, alive space where your raw truth meets your untamed soul. I help you remember who you already are.
