Albert Strasser

"Don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive."

A DIFFERENT KIND OF WORK

all that self-development work got you somewhere. maybe pretty far, actually. but it didn't get you here.

Here, as in: able to feel what you're feeling without immediately trying to optimize it or fix it or turn it into a lesson.

Here, as in: connected to your actual body instead of the story about your body.

Here, as in: a heart beating with an aliveness that has nothing to do with perfecting your mindset or morning routine.

Most of the men I work with have done a lot of inner work already.

And they are tired.

Not exactly "burned out." Just tired of becoming. Tired of their lives feeling like a constant project of self-improvement. Tired of running on the treadmill of personal development.

What began as a powerful journey of self discovery has become stagnant, stale, and empty.

What they want – what you might want – is pretty simple:

To feel Alive in your own skin. To be present, connected, free. To experience the resounding joy that come from somewhere deep in your belly that you almost forgot. To have access to the full range of what it means to be human.

That's what this work is about.

It's about returning to our birthright of aliveness.

Because what the world needs, more than anything, is people who have come alive.

Hi, I'm Albert.

For the last 15+ years I have been studying, practicing, and exploring what it means to be fully alive.

Integrating my background as a buddhist monk, many years of guiding wilderness immersions, and my studies of expressive arts and depth work, I now guide men back into their hearts so they can live fully expressed, wildly tender, beautifully connected lives of deep presence and purpose.

A Story About Opening Our Hearts to the Unexpected Gifts Hidden in Plain Sight

As Marianne Williamson so eloquently writes, "it is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us."

This timeless tale follows the whimsical ways of a rabbit who is afraid of the light, and the unexpected gift that comes when his shoe goes missing.

AOTL.avif
"This is a timeless story which is so relevant to children, teens and adults. It’s a reminder to each of us to lean into and embrace our fears."

Trish

"I love this book! It is beautifully illustrated, with a wonderfully whimsical story, funny 'swear' words that will make kids laugh (like "Garfunkle-ka-poo!") and a meaningful message."

Julia

"No matter what fear a child may have, this wonderful tale of a dithering rabbit with an unusual approach to life can help allay it. It’s certainly worth a try."

Private Mentorship
For Men Who

The world needs men who are fully expressed, fully embodied, and living at the edge of their capacity. In this immersive, 3-month mentorship, I help men access their own innate wisdom, intelligence, strength, clarity, and creativity through a range of practices and exercises (from meditation, clown-work, writing, somatic practices, and anything else that will get you out of your head and into your heart). Note: this is for men who are ready to go deep, and is not for the faint of heart.
